Prior to tomorrow’s official release of the newest FUT 21 Team of the Week (TOTW) squad list, many outperforming players have made strong claims to be included in the latest roster coming tomorrow.
From goal-scoring exploits to astounding assists and killer balls, these players proved to be too hot to handle during the previous week’s pile-ups of domestic football matches.
Here are the potential players whom may feature in the latest TOTW list:
– David Soria (Getafe) = OVR 82
~ The Spanish goalkeeper may not be able to compete with the popular De Gea for an international call-up, but he was undoubtedly a word-class figure during Getafe’s 0-0 draw against league leaders, Atletico Madrid.
– Jesus Navas (Sevilla) = OVR 84
~ Now in his golden years at the age of 35, Navas still proved his credentials by providing the assist for Youssef En-Nesyri to capitalize on, in Sevilla’s 1-0 win over Real Betis on Monday.
– Jose Fonte (Lille) = OVR 78
~ Portuguese veteran footballer, Jose Fonte is no push-over in the heart of the defence, with his profound experiences and noteworthy physical build ensuring his team’s 0-0 draw against a strong Monaco side.
– Nicolas Tagliafico (Ajax) = OVR 84
~ Argentine international, Tagliafico showcased a strong display throughout his side’s 2-0 win against PEC Zwolle, grabbing a goal a few minutes before half-time too.
– Martin Odegaard (Arsenal, on loan from Real Madrid) = OVR 83
~ Young and talented, the Norwegian trickster is setting himself up for more playing opportunities as he displayed tremendous composure for a 22-year old, in Arsenal’s 2-1 win against their bitter North London rivals, Tottenham Hotspur. He also managed to get himself on the score sheet too.
– Thomas Muller (Bayern Munich) = OVR 86
~ The 31-year old German international contributed enormously to Bayern Munich’s continued title charge, assisting two goals in their 3-1 away win against Werder Bremen.
– Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City) = OVR 91
~ The Citizen’s answer to impenetrable opposition defences, De Bruyne is capable of shredding the backline with pinpoint passes while also capable of utilizing both feet too. He scored two goals in City’s 5-2 win against Southampton recently.
– Mislav Orsic (Dinamo Zagreb) = OVR 76
~ The left winger menaced the Varazdin defences in Dinamo Zagreb’s 5-0 away win on Sunday, with Orsic managing a brace close to the last quarter of the game.
– Karim Benzema (Real Madrid) = OVR 89
~ The French striker showed no signs of his 33-years of age, scoring both goals to clinch a 2-1 win for Real Madrid at home, against Elche.
– Kelechi Iheanacho (Leicester City) = OVR 74
~ A surprise inclusion, Iheanacho is a talented young striker who managed to score a hat-trick in Leicester’s 5-0 victory over struggling Sheffield United. Expect more of the 24-year old Nigerian striker in the future.
– Cristiano Ronaldo (Juventus) = OVR 92
~ World-renowned Cristiano Ronaldo still has plenty of years left in him, notching up three goals out of nothing, in Juventus’s 3-1 win against Cagliari.
